Hybrid and remote staff show proved that morale grew, creativity and collaboration got better (compared with pre-pandemic levels), and they much preferred this work environment compared to in office. Despite this knowledge, businesses are still moving back to an office-only policy. Why? Because employers still don’t trust that their staff can get the job done unless they are sitting in the office. Does this sound like you, or a business owner that you know? This means getting them the right hardware, using communication tools that encourage your team to collaborate, and making the right connectivity choices.
